Cried. Actually cried 😭❤️ We lost our boy Alfie in the summer and I sent a photo from years ago. It's like he's back with me. I wear it every single weekend. Thank you so much for treating his photo with such care, the note in the parcel meant a lot too.

My friend loved this gift. The team were happy to tweak a couple of little details on her dog's ears before stitching, which I really appreciated. Only tiny note is a couple of threads were poking out but they snipped away easily.
