Delivery
- Free tracked UK delivery on every order — 3–4 working days after dispatch.
- Design normally takes 5–7 working days. Each jumper is made to order in York; design time is separate from delivery.
- Design can take longer depending on demand, but we'll let you know if this affects your order.
- Order before our Christmas cut-off to receive it in time for Christmas.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns
Because every jumper is personalised, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Something not right?
If your jumper arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll repair, remake or refund it.
